It can be kinda hard to get started, and usually if you are paying someone for their information they will make more money than you do. The truth is, the info that the trainers have can usually be found for free by the diligent Googler. I actually did find something earlier that is a totally free download and has some of the most valuable information I have seen in a long time. Here is the post on it from my blog:
